Today is Friday, February 1, 2008. WOW! The first month of 2008 is gone & done with. I am working more than usual during the infamous 'tax season'. I do enjoy being busy (makes time go by faster) but I miss terribly my little sweeties. I just love not having any plans of the evening and just picking the girls up (Ellen from school & Erin/Emily from daycare) and going home for snacks, homework, re-grouping, etc... Emily is such a big 3 year old. I kid you not - she is awesome at putting puzzles together. Grandma Shari really spends time w/ the girls doing that which is so neat.

We have been spoiled with Ryan not traveling much at all as of late. However, next week that will abruptly change and I think he's out almost every week until the 1st of May - ugh!!!

My mom is still in a 'waiting phase' of any further diagnosis regarding a mass of sorts they see on her lungs. I am not anxious. I am trying to be most hopeful. I am sure of God's hand in it all.

I feel so blessed to have grown spiritually in the Lord this past year. I credit much of that to our group bible study as well as the teaching I've recieved from Beth Moore's studies as well as (and most importantly) for God opening the eyes of my heart & granting me wisdom which comes only from Him! Thank you Jesus!!

God, I am most blessed. Please help me to be a blessing. I want others to see Christ in me. I want You to use me to make someone's life better because they know me, because they talked with me, because they saw me.

Okay - sweet Emily is 'reading' books to me and it is 'bary, bary rood' if you talk while she's reading. How sweet!
love,
m
